Our Services
Expert HVAC solutions for San Francisco homes and businesses.
If you do need our help our rates are as follow:
- Repairs/diagnostic: $190 per hour with a one hour minimum plus the cost of parts and tax
- Estimates: Free for equipment replacements
Try these helpful tips first:
- Check the batteries in your thermostat, Newer digital thermostats use batteries to work but not all. (Note: leave batteries out for 30 minutes then reinstall them into thermostat.)
- Is the power to the furnace on? Sounds silly but power switches on the side of furnace can sometimes be turned off accidentally
- Are the furnace doors all the way on? On newer furnaces if the doors are not all the way on it will not allow the furnace to operate
- If your furnace has an air filter, is it clean? Dirty filters can cause a variety of problems and lead to furnace failure. You should change your filter, at minimum, twice a year.
